Huge belt pulleys are located opposite of the dressers on the third floor. Leather belts would stretch from the third floor to the first floor. The original belts were made from leather and later made from fabric. A yeast meter, used for inspecting yeast in the flour cleaning process, can be found on the column with the small wheel. Yeast was mixed with the flour and moved to the ozone cleaner.
