The Miracle of Water

Fall Creek Gorge Nature Preserve in rural Warren County is under the protection of the Nature Conservancy. Most local people refer to the place as “The Potholes.” The flowing waters of Fall Creek constantly carve into the sandstone, creating steep walled canyons and potholes as it flows toward Big Pine Creek. The short trail leads around the area for a pleasant hike in the woods.
