The Miracle of Water

A 5-mile loop trail, starting at the iconic Multnomah Falls, takes you past five different waterfalls as it gains 1,640’ in elevation. During the hike, we took a break at Fairy Falls, taking advantage of a convenient bench allowing us to take in the soothing sounds of the veil like cascades. Unlike the majestic scenes from the other falls, the twenty-foot Fairy Falls has a more intimate feel. The waters from the falls eventually lead to the taller Wahkeena Falls on down below.
