Mesa Verde National Park contains over 600 cliff dwellings and other archeological sites. One of the largest is Oak Tree House. This site, built on two ledges, consists of about 60 rooms. Six kivas can be found at this site. Archeologists believe it was constructed during the late 1190’s to the early 1200’s. <br />
